Position Summary

The Security Operations Supervisor at Bosch is responsible for overseeing and guiding security personnel to implement a thorough security strategy that guarantees the safety of employees, visitors, contractors, and company assets. The security operations are conducted around the clock, ensuring constant vigilance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee staffing levels to ensure sufficient coverage for facility security.
  • Perform audits of security systems and protocols to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Lead investigations into incidents such as theft, vandalism, and employee misconduct, recommending appropriate actions.
  • Develop and refine security policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
  • Enforce company policies regarding performance standards, attendance, and investigations.
  • Implement safety protocols for security staff, conducting regular safety meetings and investigating incidents.
  • Ensure the functionality of security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control systems.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including a background as a lead officer or equivalent educational experience.
  • Proficient in security monitoring, access control systems, emergency response, investigative techniques, and report writing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including decision-making, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage sensitive situations and confidential information.
Additional Information
  • Represent the Security department in various meetings and task forces.
  • Coordinate security arrangements for special events.
  • This position requires on-site presence.
  • The role typically follows a swing-shift schedule.
