Job Summary:

We are in search of a proficient Quality Engineering Architect to spearhead our test automation and quality assurance initiatives, utilizing Generative AI capabilities and AI-enhanced testing tools. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in software quality assurance, test automation, DevOps, and AI-driven testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement test automation frameworks utilizing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing suites for both web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the smooth integration of quality assurance practices.
  • Formulate quality engineering strategies and plans to guarantee high-quality software delivery.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to align quality engineering practices with DevOps principles.
  • Conduct quality engineering workshops and training sessions for cross-functional teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation, quality assurance, and AI-driven testing.
  • Design and implement AI-driven testing solutions using tools like Mabl or Functionize.
  • Develop and maintain machine learning models for predictive testing and quality assurance.
  • Utilize Generative AI platforms for code reviews and testing.

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, DevOps, and AI-driven testing.
  • Expertise in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience with Generative AI platforms and AI-driven testing tools.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and predictive testing.
