Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent mechanical aptitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipette Inspection and Calibration: Conduct thorough inspections and calibrate pipettes to meet manufacturer standards, ensuring all repair work meets necessary guidelines.
  • Order Prioritization and Expediting: Prioritize orders and expedites them through our database system, following customers' specific order requests.
  • Turnaround Time Commitments: Focus on meeting our service levels and turnaround time commitments, which may include working overtime as needed.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Complete all related reports and data entry into our automated system.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Must have good mechanical aptitude and the ability to disassemble and reassemble small precision mechanical instruments.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Must have strong interpersonal and verbal (English) communication skills.
  • Computer Skills: Must have good computer skills as you will be inputting data.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
