About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Complex System Design Specialist to join our team at Conflux Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex electromechanical systems. With a strong background in mechanical engineering and mechatronics, you will lead the development of new products and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electro-mechanical systems for various industries
  • Leverage industry best practices for development of complex electromechanical systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Robotics Engineering
  • 8+ years' work experience in complex electromechanical system R&D environment
  • Hands-on experience in design, assembly, and testing of electro-mechanical systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in heavily-regulated industries such as medical device or aerospace
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for development of complex electromechanical systems
  • Demonstrated CAD proficiency in SolidWorks
