Key Responsibilities

"Perform routine building maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.Conduct preventative maintenance on all mechanical and electrical systems, including logic controllers and schematics.Use an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues and perform repairs as needed.Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.Provide exceptional customer service to occupants and visitors, responding promptly to requests and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.Collaborate with other facilities staff to ensure seamless operations.Perform seasonal and seasonal tasks, such as snow removal, gutter cleaning, and lawn care.Continuously update knowledge of building systems and technologies to stay current with industry advancements.

Requirements

"Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of providing prompt and professional service.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and climb ladders or scaffolding.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
