Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional support to our clients and customers, ensuring a positive experience through accurate and timely information. This role requires a professional demeanor, including a positive attitude and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls from clients, members, and medical facilities regarding transportation requests, scheduling, and modifications.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards callers at all times.
  • Adhere to and ensure all company policies are followed.
  • Provide customer service with late vehicle services, verifying transportation provider no-shows, and reassigning to a new provider if necessary.
  • Defuse customer escalations by offering assurance of help to resolve issues, and ensuring proper escalation procedures are followed.
Requirements
  • Possess valid authorization to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or general education degree required.
  • One year of related customer service experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to customers, clients, and employees.
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
  • Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, internet software, email, and/or database software preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours.
  • Must be hospitable, guest/customer service oriented, and willing to serve the needs of passengers.
Pre-Employment Qualifications
  • Must undergo a pre-employment drug test.
  • Must sign a background check release.
  • Must complete and sign the employment application in its entirety.
  • An unjustified refusal to supply requested information or a falsification of information will result in the elimination of the applicant for consideration for employment.
  • Must provide a complete and verifiable employment history and include the past 10 years of employment, when applicable.

The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds. The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

The majority of the work is accomplished indoors and in well-ventilated facilities. The employee may occasionally be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the environment is moderate.
