We are seeking an experienced Personal Relationship Manager to join our team at Old National Bank. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on financial solutions, and driving business growth through effective sales and service strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to meet and exceed client needs and expectations.
  • Provide expert advice on financial solutions, including deposit and loan products, investment services, and wealth management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of bank products and services, industry trends, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze client data and provide insights to inform sales and service strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex client data and provide actionable insights to inform sales and service strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
