Our dedicated Sales Consultants are proactive and driven to enhance market presence within a designated geographical area, while fostering new client relationships and nurturing existing ones. This role encompasses the regions of Bowling Green, KY; Clarksville, TN; Nashville, TN; and Byrdstown, TN.

This demanding yet fulfilling position thrives in a collaborative environment, aiming to deliver an unmatched building experience to our clients, characterized by exceptional quality and robust warranties.

Successful candidates are career-oriented, detail-oriented, and possess a strong desire for achievement. They can seamlessly integrate various technologies into their daily operations to effectively oversee intricate projects throughout the construction journey from initial sale to final completion. While training is provided, the ideal candidate must demonstrate a commitment to learning and adapting to the ever-evolving construction landscape and the diverse needs of multiple markets.

  • Minimum of 2 years in sales or 5 years in construction management experience.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management is preferred.
  • Experience in commercial sales is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed established sales targets.
  • Capacity to expand existing market share and maintain availability during construction-related work hours.
  • Oversee all parties involved in the building project, including MBI personnel, subcontractors, and navigate the permitting process.
  • Uphold customer confidentiality at all times.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
  • Minimal overnight travel is required.
  • Must reside within 30 miles of the assigned territory within 30 days of hire.

Our Sales Consultants are equipped with a company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone to effectively manage the demands of their designated territory.

Additionally, our compensation structure includes a monthly base salary with training support, complemented by commission opportunities, providing Sales Consultants with significant earning potential.
