About Us:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of construction materials, particularly heavy concrete.
  • Operate various testing apparatus and analyze data, providing thorough reports.
  • Interpret and utilize project drawings, specifications, and diagrams to execute tasks.
  • Ensure the maintenance and calibration of standard testing equipment.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of test results and observations.
  • Engage effectively with clients and project teams to communicate findings.
This position serves as a general outline and does not encompass all responsibilities. It is expected that the incumbent possesses the necessary mental and physical capabilities to fulfill the outlined duties.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Some experience in construction or current enrollment in an Engineering or Construction Management degree program.
  • A valid driver's license with a reliable driving history.
  • Physical ability to lift, move, push, and pull weights ranging from 30 to 50 pounds frequently; occasionally over 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to receive detailed information through oral communication and discern sounds effectively.
  • Ability to kneel, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Occasional climbing and working at different heights may be required.
  • Flexibility to work overnight hours and off shifts as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ACI Concrete I Certification.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two or more years of relevant field or laboratory technician experience.
