Construction Materials Testing Technician

Job Summary:
Universal Engineering Sciences is seeking a skilled Construction Materials Testing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Construction Services Department, you will be responsible for performing quality control tests and inspections for various construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control tests and inspections for construction materials, including concrete, soils, masonry, asphalt, and steel reinforcement.
- Collect and analyze samples to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily reports to clients and project managers.
- Interact with clients, contractors, and design professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
- Drive to and from job sites, requiring a valid Texas driver license and acceptable driving record.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in a related field.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication skills.
- Ability to use company-provided laptop and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ethical mindset and integrity.
