Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team at Addison Group. This role is crucial for managing and overseeing projects that involve advanced technology solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and meet client expectations.

Location: This position is primarily based in our client's office, with a hybrid work model allowing for both in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Direct and manage various projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main liaison for clients, fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders across different sectors.
  • Comprehensive Project Oversight: Supervise all stages of project development, from initiation through to completion.
  • Technical Guidance: Offer technical insights and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry best practices.
  • Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources, balancing team workloads for optimal performance.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and formulate strategies to mitigate them.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and deliver project updates, documentation, and reports to clients and internal teams.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to applicable regulations and standards, particularly in public sector engagements.
  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing project management methodologies and delivery processes.

This role is integral to our professional services team, which provides consultancy in Identity and Credential Management as well as Multi-Factor Authentication solutions across various industries, including government and healthcare. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to deliver exceptional services to our clients.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background, facilitating effective communication during client meetings.
  • Engage in regular discussions with partners and clients, ensuring alignment and clarity on project objectives.
  • Possess the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to both partners and clients, guiding the project team effectively.
  • Experience in consulting, particularly within the security software domain, is highly desirable.
