Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management Support:
  • Project Assistance: Aid in the preparation of presentation materials for meetings and compile essential documents for projects such as hotel development and office leasing.
  • Task Oversight: Maintain a daily task log to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
  • Document Assembly: Compile materials related to leasing, including work letters, lease exhibits, concept plans, and schedules.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain design narratives and project timelines.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Prepare and present strategic proposals for approval.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings and ensure all necessary materials are distributed beforehand.
  • Reporting: Prepare updates and reports for executives and the Board.
  • Contract Coordination: Assemble and manage contracts, leases, and development agreements.
  • Consultant Collaboration: Work with external consultants, architects, engineers, and legal advisors to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Legal and Compliance Duties:
  • Contract Management: Oversee contract setup, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and managing the drafting and execution of contracts.
  • Document Review: Conduct reviews of documents to extract relevant information and summarize findings as necessary.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to applicable legal and regulatory standards.

Administrative Functions:

  • Document Management: Maintain project documents and company records, ensuring compliance with corporate record retention policies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate development, urban planning, construction, engineering, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related role or field.
