Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our retail store locations, providing technical assistance and support to end-users via phone.
This role involves troubleshooting application and hardware problems, logging service tickets, documenting issues, and guiding customers through documented solutions to resolve their concerns while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Receive and track trouble tickets, assign them to technical specialists for action, and ensure timely resolution within the ticketing system.
- Provide telephone support for hardware, software, and store system-related issues.
- Classify level, priority, and nature of problems, and walk users through a series of steps to determine the issue.
- Work with Level 2 and other escalation points to resolve complex technical issues.
- Deliver high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment with phone calls, emails, and messaging.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and activities in a web-based ticketing system.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. If you are a team player with strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, please consider this opportunity.
