We are looking for a cheerful, personable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Onboarding Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys helping new customers feel welcomed, informed, and confident in using our platform.

Job Description:
This role involves guiding new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to navigate and utilize our platform using live sessions and recorded webinars. You will also monitor customer progress during the onboarding process and proactively reach out to check on their success and offer assistance if needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to create rapport with customers
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand manner
