Strategic Growth Associate

A leading Growth Equity firm is seeking a highly detail-oriented and collaborative Associate to join their team. The firm specializes in high-growth SaaS companies within the emerging lower-middle market, seeking to partner with entrepreneurs, leadership teams, and owners who are passionate about building great companies and making a positive impact on their employees, customers, and communities.
The Growth Equity Associate will be responsible for:
- Developing financial models and conducting industry research to inform investment decisions
- Creating investment memoranda, analysis, and recommendations for potential investment targets
- Assisting with the structuring and negotiation of acquisitions and dispositions
- Working closely with executive leadership to drive professionalization and profitability of acquired firms
- Conducting financial modeling, valuation analysis, and returns analysis for potential investment targets
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of investment banking experience, a Bachelor's Degree, and a passion for entrepreneurial growth and a hands-on, collaborative approach to investing and business.
