Domino's Pizza General Manager Job Description

You'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Domino's Pizza store, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, inventory, and customer relations, as well as maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking of ingredients and supplies
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and that customer complaints are resolved promptly
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including the store, equipment, and surrounding areas
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
