Job Overview

CHANCORP INC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our office employees. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Scheduling: Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain a calendar to ensure timely and efficient communication.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general office upkeep, organize meetings, take accurate minutes, and contribute to company reports.
  • Correspondence and Documentation: Read, respond to, and organize emails, memos, letters, and SMS messages, as well as develop and maintain relevant office procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma/GED required, Associate's degree or administrative training preferred, with previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent computer skills, highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects, and familiarity with standard office equipment.
