Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Registration Specialist to join our client's dedicated team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will ensure a seamless registration experience while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input and update patient demographics, insurance information, and contact details
  • Verify insurance coverage and collect co-payments
  • Schedule patient appointments and answer inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
  • Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle patient billing questions and process payments
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a healthcare setting or patient registration is preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and insurance verification
  • Knowledge of healthcare software systems is a plus
