Position Overview:
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining FANUC robots, controllers, and associated electrical devices
- Collaborating with customers to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
- Providing daily updates to the Service Supervisor regarding service status
- Completing detailed Field Service reports for each assignment
- Flexibility to travel as required
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A High School diploma or GED
- An Associate's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
- At least three years of experience in robotics, automation, or a manufacturing setting
- A valid driver's license
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and schematics
- Familiarity with FANUC robots and controllers is preferred
- Experience with FANUC application software and programming is advantageous
