Position Overview:

The primary responsibilities of this role include:
  • Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining FANUC robots, controllers, and associated electrical devices
  • Collaborating with customers to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
  • Providing daily updates to the Service Supervisor regarding service status
  • Completing detailed Field Service reports for each assignment
  • Flexibility to travel as required


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A High School diploma or GED
  • An Associate's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
  • At least three years of experience in robotics, automation, or a manufacturing setting
  • A valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and schematics
  • Familiarity with FANUC robots and controllers is preferred
  • Experience with FANUC application software and programming is advantageous
