Clinical Services Director

At Alliance for Community Empowerment, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead our Behavioral Health Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the development and sustainability of our behavioral health services, providing clinical consultation to our multidisciplinary team, and overseeing the quality assurance of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the ongoing development and sustainability of department services.
- Lead ongoing assessment and evaluation to ensure that department services effectively address participant, organization, and community needs.
- Responsible for quality assurance in service delivery, including clinical care and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the Department of Mental Health, Managed Care Plans, school mental health leadership, and other payers and related entities.
- Work to incorporate best practices for diversity, equity, inclusion, restorative justice, and trauma-informed care into our organizational culture.
- Provide group and individual technical assistance related to clinical care management practices to direct service staff.
- Supervise and train ACE staff, interns, and partners, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with training requirements and California Board of Behavioral Sciences standards.
- Licensed Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP) in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
- At least three years of professional experience in mental health, with experience as a Medi-Cal provider in aspects of development, billing, and management.
- Possess a current California Driver's License, clean DMV record, and adequate auto insurance.
- Must submit to a Department of Justice Criminal background check and initial TB employment clearance.
We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, with a full benefit package.
