Key Responsibilities- Lead on-duty operations, ensuring efficient class check-ins, studio opening, and closing in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the management of studio staff on duty, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent client service.
- Develop effective relationships with clients and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive studio environment.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement and execute marketing strategies, including client and community initiatives, studio engagement, and corporate lead generation.
- Assist with fuel bar and retail inventory control, ensuring accurate counts and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Oversee the implementation and execution of hospitality processes, ensuring consistent training and development of team members.
- Manage studio systems, including Zendesk and Brandbot, to ensure timely resolution of client matters and maintain quality standards for services.
- Assess client needs, evaluate client satisfaction, and communicate studio promotions and special events to drive community and retention.
- Lead with prompt and effective internal and external communication, maintaining brand standards and studio facilities.

Requirements- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work 5 shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively in a team, and maintain a professional appearance and behavior.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to client requests with a can-do attitude.
