About the Role

Carter's/OshKosh is seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive sales and traffic for our Retail division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling email campaigns that support business strategies.
  • Audience Segmentation: Develop audience strategies based on key promotions, customer journeys, content stories, and life-cycle based touchpoints to drive traffic and engagement across Owned Channels.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Responsible for daily and weekly KPI reporting and dashboards optimizations, socializing reporting to key stakeholders, and making real-time recommendations for changes to upcoming plans and campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Write and oversee development creative briefs, manage trafficking and asset delivery, and ensure list spec, creative, data, and link files are accurate and support strategic intent of creative brief.
  • Innovation: Develop and execute robust test and learn agenda for channel in partnership with Email Marketing Manager/Sr. Manager and the A/B testing team.
Requirements
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management and Organizational Skills: Superior project management and organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are required to analyze data and make recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Ability to coordinate cross-functional team efforts and collaborate with key stakeholders.
  • CRM and Segmentation Knowledge: Strong knowledge of CRM and segmentation approaches is required to develop effective email marketing campaigns.
