Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Abbtech Professional Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and preparing documents for disposition, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize documents in preparation for indexing, shredding, and/or digitizing
- Perform data entry to maintain logs and track documentation
- Operate standard office equipment, including automation tools
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain strict records
Requirements:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Knowledge of filing systems and common office procedures
