Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team at Energy Northwest. This is a key role that will provide administrative support to the Plant General Manager and direct reports, requiring a high level of discretion, independent judgment, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the PGM and direct reports, including attending meetings, recording actions, preparing meeting agendas, and assembling packages for Core Business Meetings.
  • Track and monitor department budgets, administer travel programs, and ensure compliance with company policies and practices.
  • Coordinate special projects, prepare and administer budgets, lead meetings, and provide training to employees.
  • Act as a coordinator for special projects, including material requests, contract change requests, and operations TAG administrative support.
  • Support gas and fuel monitoring and ordering, submit quarterly diesel fuel reports, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED and a minimum of seven years of progressive administrative experience, including leadership responsibilities and independent decision-making authority.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, company employees, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ability to analyze complex information requests, determine trends, and make recommendations to management.
