Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily storage unit inspections, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Storage Unit Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure inventory and availability, and make recommendations to customers on storage solutions.
  • Operations Management: Manage daily operations, including auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between work locations.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds, and spend up to 50% of time in outdoor environments.
