Interface with key HQ J6 personnel, NMCI and other IT service providers to facilitate IT-related projects and issues.

Manage NMCI and HQ IT assets across J7 - maintain accountability, coordinate tech refresh.

Manage NMCI and HQ printers - ensure functionality, coordinate tech refresh, maintain supplies.

Create SOPs and conduct staff training as it relates to IT systems and HQ IT Service Management processes.

Create SOPs and assist with on-boarding and out-processing of staff, as it relates to IT asset provisioning and user account creation and retirement.

Manage IT projects as defined by J7 Director of Staff, ensure knowledge of J6 and HQ systems, network, and processes for successful implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's and two (2)+ years of IT-related experience; additional four (4) years of IT experience accepted in lieu of a degree.

Experience in IT and maintain a professional bearing and customer-oriented focus.

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

Must have an Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

TARGET SALARY RANGE: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
