Customer Experience Specialist

**Job Overview:**
Datadog is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, driving growth opportunities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner with sales teams to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding process for new customers.
- Proactively build relationships with customers to create mutual trust and drive business growth.
- Carr[y] out the full-sales cycle for growth opportunities in existing customer accounts.
- Act as an advisor to customers to ensure they're leveraging the Datadog solution effectively.
- Monitor and identify usage trends to uncover renewal risks and promote greater adoption rates.

The estimated salary for this role at Datadog ranges from $80,000 - $95,000, plus a competitive equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience.
