Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Advocacy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client success organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive exceptional support in leveraging NielsenIQ's data and research to drive actionable insights.

This role requires a strong understanding of our research offerings and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and needs are met.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a curious mind, and a passion for building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring clients receive support in leveraging NielsenIQ data and research
  • Building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and adequate services
  • Working with Sales Representatives to understand short- and long-term goals for individual accounts
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with 1-5 years of relevant experience in account management, customer success, or relationship management preferably within the financial services industry.

Relevant postgraduate qualification ideal, but at least a BA/BS from a top-tier university is required.

$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
