About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Business Development Lead to join our US Retail Practice Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the retail architectural market across the USA.
  • Collaborate with Global Practice Group Directors, Retail Market Strategists, and USA Practice Group Managers to set business development targets and deliver outward-facing strategies.
  • Work closely with the Growth team to develop marketing and business development strategies to win new work.
  • Lead client capture plans and pre-marketing strategies to secure new projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive strategy and content for external marketing communications, including special initiatives, events, conference speaking, media relationships, and social media.
  • Increase awareness and exposure of Arcadis's retail practice to clients and the profession locally and nationally.
  • Demonstrate leadership by participating in professional organizations and activities that further IBI Group's vision and values.
  • Implement global and national growth strategies in the marketplace.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 15+ years of architecture healthcare experience.
  • Knowledge of the retail architectural market and growth practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional registration.
  • Advanced credentialing such as EDAC.
  • Knowledge of sustainable principles and LEED accreditation.

Compensation: $117,000 - $189,000 per year.
