About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Business Development Lead to join our US Retail Practice Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the retail architectural market across the USA.
- Collaborate with Global Practice Group Directors, Retail Market Strategists, and USA Practice Group Managers to set business development targets and deliver outward-facing strategies.
- Work closely with the Growth team to develop marketing and business development strategies to win new work.
- Lead client capture plans and pre-marketing strategies to secure new projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Drive strategy and content for external marketing communications, including special initiatives, events, conference speaking, media relationships, and social media.
- Increase awareness and exposure of Arcadis's retail practice to clients and the profession locally and nationally.
- Demonstrate leadership by participating in professional organizations and activities that further IBI Group's vision and values.
- Implement global and national growth strategies in the marketplace.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- 15+ years of architecture healthcare experience.
- Knowledge of the retail architectural market and growth practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional registration.
- Advanced credentialing such as EDAC.
- Knowledge of sustainable principles and LEED accreditation.
Compensation: $117,000 - $189,000 per year.
