About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Representative. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
  • Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
  • Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food
  • Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
  • Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
