Critical Care Nurse

As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit, you will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, utilizing your expertise to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their unique needs and develop targeted care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Utilize advanced life support skills, such as BLS and ALS, to respond to critical situations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
