Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at SSM Health. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Obtain comprehensive patient data through assessment and develop a holistic plan of care.
- Analyze and synthesize data to determine diagnosis and conditions relevant to care.
- Identify optimal patient outcomes and develop strategies to attain them in collaboration with the patient, family, and interprofessional team.
- Implement the plan, employing strategies to promote a safe environment and coordinate implementation with the patient, family, and interprofessional team.
- Evaluate processes and progress toward attainment of goals and outcomes.
- Contribute to the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, evaluating your own practice and maintaining current knowledge and competence.
- Communicate effectively in all areas of practice, collaborating with the patient, family, and interprofessional team.
- Use clinical inquiry and integrate best evidence into practice.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
- No experience required.
