Primary Purpose
This role is pivotal in crafting engaging and persuasive marketing content that motivates CPG partners to collaborate with our organization, ultimately enhancing our media monetization strategies. The individual must possess a hands-on approach to developing and executing essential sales communication documents and processes. A solid grasp of brand positioning is required, along with the capability to distill this information into relevant and focused messaging.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop marketing copy and materials that effectively highlight product differentiators.
  • Utilize customer insights and external expertise to produce compelling sales resources.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure alignment between customer perspectives and messaging.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to extract necessary information from product teams and sales leads for content creation.
  • Expertly condense extensive information into concise, impactful messages that resonate with consumers.
  • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and management of content across social media platforms.
  • Work with PR personnel to ensure that all copy adheres to technical and legal standards.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness and outcomes of marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitate meetings with the sales team to assess current marketing strategies and identify future requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies and the creation of sales presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Support team involvement in industry events.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to create and design within established guidelines.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive projects forward and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a business context.
  • High creativity in developing strategic sales materials that effectively position solutions.
  • Capability to synthesize data into visual narratives and presentations suitable for diverse audiences.
