Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Local Store Marketer (LSM) who will drive sales at the community level by fostering relationships and enhancing guest loyalty. If you possess a flair for networking and creativity, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Managing Partner and management team to create, develop, and implement local marketing initiatives that enhance guest loyalty, increase foot traffic, and boost overall sales.
- Promote in-house marketing campaigns (e.g., Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards).
- Establish connections during food and bread runs with local businesses, hotels, and media outlets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, and community organizations.
- Organize and execute charitable events and community engagements that position Texas Roadhouse as a local leader and enhance brand visibility.
- Support public relations efforts, including cooking demonstrations, media releases, and promotional events.
- Maintain regular communication with the Managing Partner, management team, and staff regarding ongoing initiatives and results.
