Position Overview

Texas Roadhouse is on the lookout for a remarkable Local Store Marketer (LSM) to enhance sales at the community level by fostering relationships and boosting guest loyalty. If you are enthusiastic about networking and possess a creative flair, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Managing Partner and management team to design, develop, and implement local marketing initiatives that enhance guest loyalty, increase patron numbers, elevate check averages, and drive overall sales.
  • Promote all in-house marketing campaigns (such as Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards, etc.).
  • Establish connections during food and bread deliveries with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, and more.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, civic organizations, and other community entities.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of charitable and community events that position Texas Roadhouse as a leader in the community and enhance brand visibility.
  • Assist in public relations efforts, including cooking demonstrations, media releases, and promotional events that showcase Texas Roadhouse.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Managing Partner, management team, and all staff regarding ongoing programs, strategies, and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
