Institutional Sales Representative

Tradesmen International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients in the government, education, and healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our presence in the institutional market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at institutional clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the government, education, and healthcare sectors
- Collaborate with our Strategic Account Executive team to manage local accounts and ensure smooth transitions
- Perform administrative tasks critical to the sales function
- Proven sales success in a B2B environment
- Business development experience, with a focus on opening new customers and growing existing relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships
- BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field, or 3+ years of sales experience
- Standard computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- A competitive salary of $60,000, with uncapped commission potential
