Roles & Responsibilities:


We are seeking professionals with a strategic approach to sales, possessing robust consultative sales expertise and experience in Analytics service sales.


Key Responsibilities:


Establish and nurture relationships with mid to senior-level stakeholders across various functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT) to comprehend diverse business needs and challenges.

Demonstrated experience in marketing Data Analytics services (Data Engineering, Data Visualization, Data Science).

Ownership of Business Strategy:
Manage financial targets, proposal submissions, revenue tracking, and pipeline development. Engage in comprehensive business planning and forecasting.


Lead the entire sales process (Lead generation, Stakeholder meetings, Objection handling, Proposal creation, Closure), proactively identifying sales opportunities aligned with client strategic priorities and networking.


Collaborate consistently with sales leadership, industry heads, and Delivery COE teams to ensure leads and opportunities are effectively managed, relevant client information is shared, and key stakeholders are informed of significant account activities.

Exhibit confidence and credibility when engaging with a wide range of decision-makers.

Comprehend the evolving business landscape and how CloudHire's solutions can address client challenges.

Accountable for developing case studies and client testimonials. Represent the company at client events and external industry gatherings.

Comfortable negotiating with senior client leadership and adept at utilizing effective strategies to address objections. Clearly articulate the value of CloudHire's offerings in relation to pricing.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in selling IT services.

Extensive background in generating new leads through networking, relationship-building, and outreach.

Familiarity with the IT/ITeS or BFSI sectors is preferred.

Analytical, adaptable, cross-functional, and innovative thinker with a collaborative approach to responsibilities.

Proven experience in managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Exceptional skills in consultative selling and case study development.

Ability to present at external forums.

Strong collaboration and networking capabilities.
