Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic asset allocation plans for pension funds, taking into account risk and return tradeoffs, plan design, and liability features.
  • Partner with clients to understand their pension plan liabilities, design features, and risk drivers, and develop investment strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Lead clients in presenting results of asset-liability studies, glide path reviews, and portfolio structure reviews, ensuring they receive high-quality advice and guidance.
  • Model pension liabilities and fixed income portfolios using internal and external risk models to assess risk exposures and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in pension risk management and investment strategy, and apply this knowledge to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Requirements:
