Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Advisor in Training to join our team at New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and effective service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Service Order Management: Oversee service orders and the flow of our Drive Lane, ensuring efficient and timely completion of work.
  • Concierge Support: Provide exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers, maximizing revenue and efficiency.
  • Work Distribution: Distribute work between technicians efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing downtime.
  • Technical Support: Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs, providing accurate and helpful information to our customers.
  • Customer Success Index: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring our customers feel valued and supported throughout their service experience.
  • Administration: Assist in the administration of warranty claims, order parts and tools as necessary, and oversee the training and supervision of service department staff.
  • Company Policies: Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
