POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Client Advisor at Seacoast Bank plays a crucial role in enhancing branch performance, including asset growth, deposit increases, customer acquisition, and revenue generation. This position focuses on cultivating relationships with both prospective and current clients to assess their financial requirements and align them with the bank's offerings. Additionally, the Client Advisor will function as a Teller, assisting clients with their transactions in both the lobby and drive-thru.
- Prepare thoroughly for client engagements
- Establish rapport and pose pertinent inquiries
- Clearly articulate bank offerings
- Encourage referrals from clientele
- Address client needs in a timely manner
- Adopt technological advancements and remain informed about industry trends
- Engage in community outreach initiatives
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve NMLS registration status
- Exhibit expertise in banking products and lending procedures
- Identify referral prospects with internal stakeholders
- Effectively utilize customer-facing technology
- Maintain adherence to ethical sales practices
- Conduct daily cash drawer reconciliations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- Preferred experience of at least 6 months in cash handling
- A minimum of 2 years in the financial services sector is required
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
