About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Advisor in Training to join our team at New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. As a key member of our service department, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Order Management: Oversee the flow of service orders and ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Customer Experience: Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that allow us to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Concierge Support: Provide exceptional support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in-person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Work Distribution: Distribute work between technicians efficiently to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Support: Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Customer Success Index: Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
  • Diagnostic Support: Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts and tools as necessary.
  • Warranty Administration: Oversee the administration of warranty claims and train and supervise the service department.
  • Company Policies: Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
  • Compliance: Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Factory Relations: Maintain good working relationships with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.

  • Clean Driving Record: Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
