Strategic Project Leader for Enterprise Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead our project in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing complex software implementation or integration projects in non-profit or association management systems.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, risk mitigation abilities, and exceptional communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. Experience working with CRM/AMS systems, especially in the context of data integration and process automation, is highly desirable.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage project plans and schedules using JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
  • Monitor progress and ensure alignment with the RFP scope.
  • Coordinate communication between stakeholders and the development team.
  • Address risks and troubleshoot project issues.
  • Ensure project documentation is up-to-date.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
  • Define milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Allocate tasks among team members based on skill sets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between USEA and the project team.
  • Facilitate regular status updates and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Provide clear and timely communication of project progress.
  • Identify potential project risks and create mitigation plans.
  • Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage the project budget and track expenditures.
  • Provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet USEA's quality standards.
  • Conduct final reviews and sign-offs.
  • Document lessons learned for future projects.
  • Ensure the project adheres to policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in budget management, stakeholder coordination, and risk assessment.
  • PMP or equivalent certification.
