Fannie Mae seeks a seasoned Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Leader to drive enterprise-wide strategic planning and performance measurement. This key role requires at least 8 years of experience in multi-year enterprise-wide strategic planning, inclusive of assessing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for a corporate strategy.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen and leadership judgment, with excellent communication skills (oral and written) and experience presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. The salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $220,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to refine the D&I strategic planning framework, inclusive of a SWOT analysis, core goals, and success measures.
  • Develop and advise on execution of D&I priorities, inclusive of research and consultation on resources to support strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to innovate on ways to further embed D&I into Fannie Mae's business activities.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in multi-year enterprise-wide strategic planning.
  • 3+ years of D&I leadership experience in diversity and inclusion strategic visioning, planning, and thought leadership.
  • Awareness of evolving trends in diversity and inclusion.
  • Strong business acumen and leadership judgment.
