Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
  • Customer Service: Engage and interact with all customers to provide an excellent shopping experience, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
  • Productivity and Efficiency: Monitor productivity of team and coach as necessary to ensure tasks and activities are completed according to store plan.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards, and ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
