UV Technology Sales Executive

As a Sales Manager at American Ultraviolet Company, you will play a critical role in driving regional growth and expanding our customer base.
You will be responsible for increasing sales revenue in your designated territory through strategic partnerships, account management, and new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in Ultraviolet Technology and its applications.
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Work closely with distributors and manufacturers' representatives to drive revenue growth.
- Provide timely reports and insights to top management to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Communications, or a related field, plus 4-5 years of prior sales experience.
- Knowledge of UV and/or UV Adhesive Applications is essential.
- Experience managing independent sales channels and developing annual Region Business Plans for growth is required.
- Strategic thinking, self-motivation, competitive attitude, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.
- Strong organization and time management skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, etc., are necessary.
