Regional Sales Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Midwest region. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase revenue growth in the designated territory through effective sales strategies and customer relationships
  • Deliver exceptional sales support through prospecting new customers, setting up new distributors, and manufacturers representatives
  • Maintain/expand current customer relationships and discover new opportunities
  • Provide timely reports, feedback, and data to top management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales/Business, Communications, or related field, plus 4-5 years prior sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of UV technology and/or UV adhesive applications
  • Experience managing independent sales channels
  • Strategic thinking capabilities to develop an annual Region Business Plan for growth
  • Capable of working independently or on a team
  • Proven track record of growing sales to commercial/industrial customers
Compensation:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
