Territory Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Territory Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in our designated territory.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with distributors and manufacturers' representatives, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in Ultraviolet Technology and its applications.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to capture new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and manufacturers' representatives to drive revenue growth.
- Provide timely reports and insights to top management to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Communications, or a related field, plus 4-5 years of prior sales experience.
- Knowledge of UV and/or UV Adhesive Applications is essential.
- Experience managing independent sales channels and developing annual Region Business Plans for growth is required.
- Strategic thinking, self-motivation, competitive attitude, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.
- Strong organization and time management skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, etc., are necessary.
