About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Director to join our team at Cenero. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at mid-to-large-sized companies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry events
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in audiovisual or related industries
  • Proven ability to listen, analyze customer needs, and provide tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
