eNGINE is currently looking for a Software Support Specialist to join a role within the sports technology sector. This individual will be responsible for providing support for mobile applications and identifying potential solutions for issues raised by clients or end users. Flexibility to work onsite and during weekends is required. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve issues reported by clients or end-users, and recommend effective solutions.
- Develop and manage monitoring systems that focus on symptoms rather than merely detecting outages.
- Verify daily that all content and information in our client's applications is up-to-date, particularly on game days.
- Conduct daily testing of applications and features to ensure optimal functionality.
