About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Analyst to join our team at ThoroughCare, a leading healthcare platform services vendor. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for developing strong functional business knowledge and technical understanding of our products, technology platforms, operations, and servicing to assist in the delivery of healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, technology platforms, and operations to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality healthcare solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Contribute to the development of business requirements and user stories to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.
  • Work closely with our development team to ensure that our products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and develop recommendations for delivery issues, change requests, pre-release QA, and production issues.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for ThoroughCare to differentiate itself in the market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or technology system analyst roles.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a software development environment, including Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, requirements management, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to influence decision-making and communicate ideas to cross-functional teams and all levels of management.
